Chocolate spread, just like nutella, only without the nuts. A whole lot tastier and zero guilt. Enjoy eating this in front of your mum for breakfast!
- 1 cup of raw coconut oil
- ½ cup cacao powder
2 tablespoons of coconut nectar
- 1 pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- Blend all ingredients together to form a paste.
- Leave in fridge for about 10 minutes if you like a thicker spread.
Can be added to slices of fruit like apple and also a great spread for our chocolate bread (recipe here).
