Chocolate Mousse is a favourite for fancy parties, where we try to act civilised. Eat this chocolate mousse on it’s own, or use it as icing on a cake, or just display your classiness by pouring it into a martini glass and floating a strawberry on top.
4 fresh pitted dates
2 ripe avocados
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
Pinch of sea salt
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Add a splash of water or coconut water to make it a little fluffier.
