Bread is one of those staples that is hard to get over. Worry no more and create this healthy version of bread for you and your loved ones. Perfect for sandwiches when you're on the go and as a snack for kids.
¼ cup coconut flour
1 cup golden flaxmeal
¼ teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
optional --> 1 to 2 Tbs coconut nectar, honey or rice malt syrup
Pre heat oven to 180°C (350F).
Mix coconut flour, flaxmeal, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.
Burn some calories mixing the rest of the ingredients in until they make a batter.
Place mixture into bread loaf tray.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool and eat. Or don’t even wait for it to cool.
Optional: add some seeds to make it look more expensive. Just like a bakery.
NOTE: this bread barely rises, so fill your tin up to however high you want your bread to be.
