Meet Emma May.
Only a few months ago, Emma May asked if the fitmum online program could be done by someone who wasn’t a mum. Emma May has worked hard since then, and (without needing to do the pelvic floor exercises) has become and absolute shining beacon of possibility for her friends, co-workers and family.
Emma May didn’t start out with the intention to lose weight. She decided to get fit, to correct her nutrition (working 12 hour days 7 days a week at a car yard means very little time for preparing meals) and to improve her health.
Feeling less than sexy she decided to give it a go, refusing to question anything, she just did everything we asked her to do. No more and no less.
